Each player may hold only one id777 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds held across all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your id777 login credentials. id777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to player negligence.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). id777 reserves the right to request government-issued ID and supporting documents before releasing funds.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an id777 account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the id777 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.
2.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements between id777 and the Player relating to use of the Platform.
2.3 id777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to id777 is strictly limited to persons who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. Registering as an underage person is a violation of these Terms and applicable Philippine law.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using id777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. id777 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.
3.3 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of id777 and its affiliated entities are prohibited from holding active Player accounts.
3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Persons who have applied for self-exclusion through id777 or through PAGCOR's responsible gaming channels are prohibited from creating new accounts during the active exclusion period.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) id777 account. The creation of multiple accounts is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, id777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold or confiscate funds held therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. id777 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your id777 login credentials. You must notify id777 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
4.4 id777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the Player fails to provide satisfactory identity documentation upon request, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the account cashier section and are subject to change.
5.2 id777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Payment method availability may vary.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the Player's verified identity. id777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. id777 may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal request.
5.5 id777 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms pending investigation.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified per promotion.
6.3 id777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or violation of these Terms.
6.4 Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
7.1 All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the id777 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
7.2 id777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction on the Platform.
7.3 Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be amended by id777 without prior notice.
7.4 id777 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any Player whose betting patterns are deemed inconsistent with recreational play, including but not limited to suspected use of betting algorithms, arbitrage strategies, or exploitation of payout errors.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the id777 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and legal action:
9.1 All content on the id777 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the property of id777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. No other rights are granted.
id777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations.
11.1 id777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through id777's support channels will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be blocked from placing wagers, and any pending promotional offers will be suspended.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, id777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, service interruptions, or data loss.
12.2 id777's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits id777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must contact id777 support at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
13.2 id777 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.
13.3 Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. id777 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation.
id777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email to the registered address on the account and/or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
